Vacation starts... NOW... or is it ending?
The week went by way too quickly, but believe it or not, we accomplished at least as much as we set out to. Sixteen tracks in total, we laid down both drum tracks and bass tracks.
I left mad c-town on monday night and arrived in Vernon in time for a Dennys breakfast. Yep, just like the good old days. Or were they good?
Anyway, the french toast was good - lol
Had a blast with Mark and I am really stoked with how the tracks turned out. Left Friday evening with my niece who was in Vernon and made it back to the city in time for work on saturday.
As lovely as it would be to fall in the arms of sleep tonight, that isin't going to happen. A bit of a reuninion with some of the MAUI boys who, for soem unfathamable reason, chose to coem to the city for stampede week. HA HA, the very reaosn I want to get out of the city. They leave Sunday so this will be my only chance.
Monday it's off to Vancouver to see Billy Corgan!!

Hi,
I wanted to leave a comment on the first page of the diary, but could not, I did not read this page here, specifically.
I also have TLE (not sure if this is what you have), and would be very honored to hear and share some, as I think we all have a lot in common, and it is not that bad (what we have in common).
I am a musician, play and teach, piano, cello and voice, and am now studying conducting, but things have been difficult these last couple of years.
I am also a spiritual person, and recognize a lot of this (if not all), as a spiritual problem.
If you feel like writing, I would be pleased to find out more about another musician who suffers a similar thing, and who has a similar (spiritual) view of the world.
I am currently in Brazil, but lived in the US for a long time (I am trying to find a solution for this increased problem, and may return to the US, or get a job elsewhere).
Please write,
Vera
